I peered inside the orchid and it looked back at me.
A homunculus* nestled in the orchid's petals.
Searching further I noticed that many orchids are inhabited by creatures of this world and others.
Join me in the universe inside the orchid.
A world of magical creatures, beasts, and humanoid form.

Pronunciation [huh-muhng-kyuh-luhs, hoh-] –noun, plural -li
1.  an artificially made dwarf, supposedly produced in a flask by an alchemist.
2.  a fully formed, miniature human body believed, according to some medical theories
of the 16th and 17th centuries, to be contained in the spermatozoon.
